Problem with subcategories in the blocktopmenu

Since the website creation, I see all subcategories when I place the cursor on my menu. I  try to configure the module "blockcategories" but... nothing

The top menu has nothing to do with blockcategories module. it is in blocktopmenu module if you are using PrestaShop default theme.

Otherwise it is related to your theme if you are using commercial themes.

if you are using default prestashop top menu module, then you have to change the menu configuration in that module.

not sure what you trying to achieve - the category and subcategory is generated automatically based on your catalogue definition.

if that is the case, you can just add menu by URL of each category instead of category items.

there is a function you can add link menu directly, just enter the link URL of each category?

If I understand, all categories must have a link? If I do this, I have a menu fold and display?
