Order shipping error prestashop 1.6

When i have an order, in the shipping area information of that order, prestashop shows the shipping of this order with the shipping of another orders, all together.

 

I show you a screen capture, you can see the last order and how prestashop add shipping from another past orders

 

Anybody had the same error and could fix it?

have not heard of this before. which versioon of PrestaShop are you using?

are you using any other 3rd party modules that may affect?

you may try a clean install of PrestaShop of your version to see if the issue exists. if it works on clean installation, then it might be related the modules you installed.

yes, i never saw before too, it's very strange...

i'm using 1.6.1.6 and it's a new installation but with products and clients imported from an old version...

i was thinking about some module, as you said. i'm going to deactive them and try some days, maybe that's the cause...

i was cleaning database too...

If the issue is happening with old orders, then it is problem of data migration.

Otherwise, it might be related to other modules.

Not sure how you clean up the database, I guess this might be the real cause of the problem if it is not done correctly.
