Problème module paypal

Bonjour,
Ma boutique est en ligne depuis presque 3 mois, aucun soucis, elle tourne bien. Mais depuis ce week-end des clients m'ont appelés pour me signaler qu'ils ne pouvaient plus payer par Paypal. Effectivement, au moment du choix de paiement, ça ne renvoi plus vers la page Paypal.
Est-ce quelqu'un peut m'aider ?

Lors d'une tentative d'accès à votre site j'ai mon antivirus qui coupe la connexion:
