I have a Prestabox ecommerce shop that has been down all morning and I cannot get the Prestabox support contact details to find out what is happening as I am losing lots of business.

 

Can someone please let me know how I can get in touch with them, its URGENT

by prestabox you mean prestacloud or you reffer to old prestabox service that is no longer available?

I mean Prestabox, it was fine until yesterday, I have only had the problem since this morning, please tell me they have not stopped the service?

Hello everyone,

 

We are currently experiencing a problem with the host service, which is why the service is down PrestaBox. Our technical team is working on fixing the issue since yesterday afternoon. We've seen that few shops were online again last night and down this morning.

 

 

I mean Prestabox, it was fine until yesterday, I have only had the problem since this morning, please tell me they have not stopped the service?

I don't know when the problem will be solved but I'll let you know as soon as I have news about it. I have not heard anything about a suppression of the PrestaBox service.

 

We will keep you informed as soon as we have more information on the evolution of the technical problem. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
