Guest Posted August 24, 2016 Share Posted August 24, 2016 So I follow the easy procedure of updating my logo with the latest version via the theme preferences but the old logo is still showing in mails sent to clients - where can I manually delete this old logo so that the new one can actually work? It's been a few days, the system doesn't seem to pick up on this simple change so i'm thinking cache or it's not replaced. thanks? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
rocky Posted August 25, 2016 Share Posted August 25, 2016 If you uploaded the new logo as the "Mail logo" on the "Invoices & Email Logos" tab, it should have updated, unless there's some kind of upload error or permissions issue. You can check the /img/ directory on your server and see what's there. You should see any old logos there and be able to delete them. You'll find the logo filename in the ps_configuration table of your database under the name PS_LOGO_MAIL. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
