How do you achieve further discount based on carrier?

Hello there,

 

so let's say I am selling Apple and Orange, bothing selling $1, and has a discount of 10% at all times, i.e. $9

 

 

what if I want to let customer has a further discount if he chose a certain carrier? Can I do that?

You could go to the Price Rules > Cart Rules tab and create a cart rule with no code on the "Information" tab, so it's automatically applied to the cart, choose the carrier it applies to on the "Conditions" tab, enter the discount amount or percentage on the "Actions" tab, and then click the "Save" button.
