Why prestashop cannot receive mail from contact page?

Hi,

 

I want to know why i can't receive email from the front contact page? I have setup the contact email on back office and that email actually can receive and send mail directly, but cannot receive the mail from contact page.

 

when i use another email send one message from contact page, i will receive one mail said my mail have been sent successfully, in fact, that email address didn't receive my message, why?

 

This really urgent, if i cannot get info from the contact page, i will lose order.

Are you using Gmail? or other SMTP service?

PrestaShop version? You mean the customer gets a feedback email, but admins don't?
What if you send a test email from the backend?

PrestaShop version: 1.5.6.2     yes, can get feedback email, but admin not, the back office also cannot send out email, have tried many times....

Gmail doesn't work with the old smtp, the first working version is 1.6.1.5
