sunnyspring
Hi everyone! After an upgrade of prestashop on my localhost it started to show all the bracket terms in CMS {shopname} {shopurl} as curly brace terms also in the frontend shop so instead of showing the name of the shop it shows just {shopname} and {shopurl}.I need to upgrade because i need to make some changes on an existing prestashop and the modules section is not showing well. Viewing the source all the css part is missing. The shop name is ok in the prestashop configuration so i don't know where {shopname} takes the name from. I need to solve the brackets problem so i can upgrade the shop in order to do the next changes. I thanks in advance for the reply Sorry for my English . vekia
these shortcodes are not available by default so i bet that you use some module that changes the way of how contents are generated in your shop. usually these modules apply an overrides to shop. you said that you upgraded shop. while upgrading prestashop disables all overrides. go to prefences > performance and make sure that "disable all overrides" option IS NOT ENABLED. NemoPS
If what vekia mentioned doesn't work, chances are your module is not compatible with the latest version, or your overrides have been removed from the folder. In this case, you can try resetting it from the modules page
