For every 15 or 30 days or may be unknown times, the login stops working for the password that we set. So customers call us or click forget password everytime. I noticed this happened when ever I mess with the Cache thing in Advanced Parameters -> Performance. I have no clue, why this happens. Login Authentication failed until the password is reset.
