Prestashop 1.6.1.6, Translation saved in a file, but does not appear on the site.

I have strange problem, i try clear site/browser cache, but this dont work I also check file permission, all is ok.

I see changes on site only after i restart php-fpm...

 

I have Debian, php5-fpm 5.5 installed.

I fix problem, its not cms bug, was some thing specific in php.ini settings.
