David S Johnston
Hi, I am using prestashop 1.6 with the default theme. I have enabled a second language (Dutch) next to English. In the checkout page I have configured one page checkout. All is working fine and dandy, but.... The discount code or voucher box says Voucher in English and "Waardebonnen" in Dutch, but this is confusing for some folk, so I would like change the text, specifically in Dutch, I need it to say "Waardebonnen/Kortingscodes" The first thin I did was look in the database, but there is no instance of the word "Waardebonnen" I then realized that the translations are held in nl.php files. So I searched a recent download of the website for instance of that word. And I found (I think) the correct one in nl.php in default_bootstrap/lang folder. There were two instances, so I changed them both to what I wanted. I have cleared the cache in the back office, and also cleared my browser cache, but no matter what, the word on the checkout page does not change. Is it a caching issue all the same? of am I looking in the wrong place to change the value of the field? Anyone?
David S Johnston
honestly.... after messing around for about an hour, it seems there are 3 instances of the phrase in nl.php, and of course it was the last one I changed...... DOH!
