Get csv file via API

I need a help pls. I want to import products, from my supplier, but:

1. My supplier sent me products file (tyres) via API functions. I have API KEY, GET, Host and AUTHENTICATION values. I´m newby and I don´t know, how can I get csv file via this API function. I´m looking for this function in PS, but no success. I found only WEB SERVICE, but in this, I can make only my API, from my server, not from my supplier´s server.

2. Is there any solution to import automatically csv online file (get from api in 1. step) to my e-shop? I found module:

Do you find a solution to import product by CSV via webservice ?
