wrong exchange rates in Prestashop XML

We are having major problems with our international customers, it is because exchange rates are not updated prestashop

 

For example, today's 1 EUR is 1.121696 USD but according to the XML prestashop 1 EUR is 1.0998 USD

 

The difference is too large

i strickly agree the problem ! everything goes wrong.. we are still waiting these to up to date. any fix  ? any idea  ?

I understand your frustration, I have shifted to manually updating exchange rates daily. It takes me about 3 minutes every morning. The site I use is http://themoneyconverter.com/Default.aspx , and I click on Exchange Rates tab to get the info I need.

 

Other people may have other solutions.

thanks for your advice, i tried to add manually, but i have using a module which coverts USD to Another Currency by using exchange rates. i mean that backoffice is USD, front office other currency, while i am trying to make update, it also updates exchange rates, again wrong exhange rates become active. 

 

it is strange, simple xml file is not updating.. it did happen 2-3 years ago again.

 

is it simple  to change xml files path ? Any advice about changing xml path? i can create a similar xml file manually, best solution is this for me.
