Anyone useing FastBay?

Hi,

 

So i've been trying to get FastBay to work property and their are a few annoyances - not true bugs , but things like bad translation and a few minor typos ..

 

bedsides that , im stuck with a few confusing issues and opening a support ticket for each one (that takes 24 hour response time minimum due to devs on other side of planet ,  and so far more than 72 for the last one) seems wasteful and i was hoping someone has some experience with it or at least can point out a better guide then the one provided (i can read the button " tax price is where you enter the price of your tax" - duh! but i would like to know how or when it's used for example )
