Here the translation in English: create file htaccess.txt without content and put it on your server once there (in your admin folder) change its name to .htaccess and it's done admin is now accessible and working

I had a IT person who had set up the website for me but he is no longer available. I have no IT knowledge or skills. My website still working but i am not able to access my admin page. Is there a way to check with presta or get access? Will need step by step guide.

In the address bar, you will see https://yourwebsite.com/randomletters/index.php/lots of stuff. remove everything after index.php and try again.
