Can't click continue Install button after succesfully uploaded Sample data

Can't click continue Install button after succesfully uploaded Sample data. See image below, I bought this theme for a lot of money and now it is useless! I could not press the red upload button in Internet explorer, so i installed Firefox which worked well until I had to press the green Install button. After many hours I have the feeling I will not succeed in getting an webshop Up and running. I hope someone can help me here.Many thanks offcourse!

sample data is only example of data,

do you see your theme that is installed and used under preferences > themes section ?

I have the same issue. The theme is installed and used. 
Then I click on import sample data, I select all the files. All 190 items are uploaded successfully. But then I can't click on the green install sample data button (see screenshot).

I was able to fix it after do a complete re-install. I removed the Prestashop and theme and just did everything again. 

This fixed it for me. Let us know if it helps or not.

I also can't click "install" after upload all sample data...same issue..anyone can help?

same here. Installed a template today, cannot click the install button after uploading the sample data....
