Change color of the cart hover

Hi 

 

I'm a new to prestashop styling. 

I have a problem with this site www.turboworld.dk where the cart symbol and products in cart count on the front site only are visible when i hover it. 

Where do i disable this hover and where can i change the color of the symbol and text insite the cart frame?

}
