[Paypal module] Order is not being created after successful payment

Good morning,

 

From some time now we're having an issue with the paypal module. We have several shops with Prestashop 1.5 and 1.6 and we've updated Paypal module in half of them from 3.8.1 to 3.10.10 following the recomendations of this thread.

 

The thing is we used to have some payments without its associated order from time to time (once or twice per week) and, after the update, the frecuency of this error is higher.

 

We would like to solve this problem once and for all, but paypal module's log is empty and we have also correct payments with their correct orders created so... 

 

Does anyone have the same problem? Any idea about how to solve it?
