kamicko
I purchased the the PayPal Pro module nearly a year ago and PayPal have contacted me to say they have put a limitation on the account due to the PayPal Pro module not being PCI compliant. I have SSL certificate and with Prestashop being a recommended partner of PayPal I thought buying this module would be ok. So the only option is the free PayPal Europe module to take card payments. I have tried to contact the developer of the module for advice but I get no reply. Seems I have wasted my money getting this module, Paypal pro account and SSL certificate (required by this module). All together cost around £500-£600. We don't get a large number of transactions so the cost of being PCI compliant is too high for us. Any advice if someone has gone through a similar situation is much appreciated.
bellini13
What exactly was the reason for PCI compliance failure? It may have nothing to do with the module, but rather with your hosting server or Prestashop itself.
