Atos Sips issue when facing a payment error

Hi,

 

I'm having an issue with Atos Sips addon. When i have a "Customer has exceeded max tries for its card number" it gives payment error but few minutes later the order is shown as validated order.

 

I have got Atos on phone today but they told me everyting were right on their side (= payment error), and the problem should come from atos addon by prestashop. Maybe facing a missconfiguration.

 

PS : 1.6.1.4

Atos Sips: 2.9.23

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I see two modules on the PS addons store when I search for "Atos Sips"

Which one are you using?

 

If you are using the second one, the latest version is v3.0.4, so perhaps you should try upgrading the module to the latest
