The query of the function loadConfiguration is the slowest

When I enable profiling, the query of the function loadConfiguration is the slowest in the query list.

This I cannot understand because there are 647 values in this table and i optimized it. checked it.

And there where no problems.

 

Is there something that can be done to speed it up?

 

Or does the profiling also timing the foreach loop after the query?

Profiling also takes time to generate report. This is only for development point of view.
