help blank screen after uploading files

I have just uploaded my files via ftp. I am trying to install now but it's just a blank screen. Any reason why this may be and how do I fix it? I checked memory limit and its 256.

Try upload one more time, maybe some file are missing or broken.

blank screen = errors

turn on error reporting, you will see where the problem is

I will also note that I can't locate the php.ini file.. I did try last night to do many of the suggested things on here, created the phpinfo file etc but I couldn't edit the php.ini file. I guess I need that file to turn it on?

1. how you uploaded files? 

what are the file names after upload ? are they camelCase ? 

i reffer to file /Core/Business/Core_Business_ContainerBuilder.php (check the capitals in names of files / directories)

I uploaded them via ftp. It's okay though I found a post and deleted class_index.php and it worked...

But I've just removed prestashop due to the modules being too expensive. Going back to using opencart.
