sgazeri
Hello, I am trying to enable SSL for my shop but when I press the "Enabel SSL" button under preferences I get a "NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID" error. I checked with my hosting provider - I do have an SSL certificate. My domain does not start with a www. It goes http://myshop.de. When I test https://myshop.de it still gives me the "NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID" Error. Does that mean that the issue is on the server side? Thank you! bellini13
I assume myshop.de is not your real domain? How can we help you with this issue if you don't provide the url

sgazeri
Hello all - I was able to resolve the issue. It had to be resolved on the server side - not Prestashop related issue. Thank you for the feedback - that I just see far too late unfortuantely. :/
Simon Lee
I have a similar situation with the NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID. Our website is www.hagogreen.com. There are two language on the website. The Chinese language seems to be ok but when switched to English, the pictures in the "Products" menu cannot load. And when accessing the "All Brands" menu, NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID occured. Please let me know how to resolve this? Regards, Simon Lee
