Refuse the sales of a product by hours and days

Hello, sorry for by bad english 

 

Here I am trying to mount my shop for dishes reservations to prevail... But restaurants with which I work want to limit the hours where customers can order.

 

I was not bad looking but I did not find a way to refuse to sell certain products depending on the time it is. does someone have a solution?
