Product detail page show Rating star even this product not yet rated.

Hi all,

 

I have one issue when i install product category module (To display similar product in product detail page) to my store.

 

If i have two product in same category where one is rated by customer and it also approved from admin and another is not rated yet.

When i go to rated product detail page, it will not display star rating there but i can see review in review list at bottom of page.

And on other side when i go to product which is not rated yet it will show star rating which customer give to other product.

 

This scenario happened when i install product category module

 

can you please anyone help me to resolve this issue.

The product reviews and ratings functionality in PrestaShop is handled by 'Product Comments' module, there might be something wrong with the same.

 

In /modules/productcomments/productcomments.php the hookDisplayRightColumnProduct() function is responsible for showing the reviews at the bottom of product pages.

Thanks for reply. Actually issue is that i am using product-list.tpl file for productcategory module product listing.

 

So, it's conflict with Product comment module. After using default product listing file of produccategory module it's working fine.
