mlalley Posted May 13, 2010 Share Posted May 13, 2010 SOLVED: My web host was updating there security and this problem was on the server itself in a place where i was unable to get to only my web host was able to fix this. it had nothing to do with the permissions i had in place currently.I am having a major problem with my shop i am trying to add products but i keep getting this message when i click save. This situation has started within the last few days i have not added any products fro the past month or so, also this message also comes up when i try to send a message to a customer from the order details page in the backoffice. please help i really need a fix ASAP. here are the permissions on the files listed below:Store: 0755Admin586: 0755index.php: 0755here is what i tried to fix the problem; (none of these worked)- change the permissions on the file index.php- created a new sql database- created a subdomain and installed a new prestashop to see if the same error happended and it did.*See attachmant for a picture of the error message*here is what is says if you can't bring up the picture.ForbiddenYou don't have permission to access /store/admin586/index.php on this server.Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Apache/2.2.15 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.15 OpenSSL/0.9.8m DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.lalleyelectronics.com Port 80 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
