Setting Links to Base Buttons

My theme (Giftshop by belVG) has got a few buttons at the base (see attached) but I cannot find where to set the link (URL) beneath each button

eg, There is a facebook link which points to www.prestashop.com - this obviously would need to be changed to link to the storeholders facebook page

Does anyone know where these settings might live please ?
