upgrade iis from 6.2 to 7.5 on Windows 8.1

hello everybody

 

i m new of prestashop 

i installed prestashop on a windows machine and it works fine.

but I have to use prestashop  as a webservice too...and in this case i have some problems. 

 

i use PHP 5.6 on iis 6.2 and Window 8.1 as a OS.

 

i d like to upgrade my IIS Server (6.2) to IIS 7.5. for using the "rewrite add on"

is it possible to upgrade IIS without upgrade windows to version 10 ?
