cross selling - how does it work?

Hi,

How does this new cross selling module work?

I have it on and bought 2 different ipads and then went back to the bought ipad logged in and not logged in and only see in the tool tips where it says it was purchased on a certain date. Is this the way it is suppose to work? If so, the tool tips don't stay up there long enough for anyone to find and read.

I am having the same problem. And have done the same test as the user above.

I am using Prestashop 1.3.1.1 and have installed several 3rd party modules and have a custom theme.

I have confirmed that my theme is not "hiding" the products.
I have also confirmed that the MySQL result is empty.

I am unsure how to tackle the problem.

I have tried the module linked to from this page:

It works, but its code is far too messy, and I'd prefer a 1st party module if I have the choice.
I'm attempting to locate why it works, but why the "cross selling" module seems not to.

One must accept payment in the back-end for the test order for the test order to become "valid". Only "valid" orders are searched by the "cross selling" module. The value "valid" is a binary value column in the database table "ps_orders".
