I am using prestashop 1.6.1.6 . I am using multistore function I want that my supplier should be able to login and upload /edit products with images and the uploads be moderated by admin.  

 

Is there any module for this . which suits all the requirements.

More than likely not. You can create them a limited admin account, but they will be able to see all of the products in your shop.
