wysiwyg_pt
Hello Prestashop Fellows! We're working on v 1.6.1.6 in this store: http://autoconsumoportugal.pt/index.php Language: Portuguese Everything works swell except for the fact that all emails that the platform sends and receives (message from contact form, new client registration etc.) are in blank! Only the shop's logo is attached. The ONLY email that we are getting half in portuguese half in english is the new order placed, alhough customers get their email in blank. We went to Translations/ Email Translations/ Core/Portuguese and translated a few files but we didn't fix the problem. It still sends in blank or sends half pt/en. This is a serious issue for us and we can't seem to find an explanation/solution. Can you please help us? Thank you very much!
NemoPS
What if you try editing the theme ones? Also, you could try checking the real html files in the folder. If they are still broken, you can try renaming the pt/ folder, then copy the english ones over, and see if you get them not blank at least. If it's okay, translate them back
wysiwyg_pt
Well, this was a tricky one! We went through so many problems... BUT, luckily everything is now solved! Thank you for your help which was a huge advantage! There is still a small detail not working: the subject of email templates in some cases doesn't exist and the error "The subject could'nt be found on data base" appears. In practical terms, the emails are well tranalated and look fine but the subject can't be translated and appears in enlgish. It is just a small small detail and we are very please to have the emails working, but I believe this is a system problem which I hope can be fixed in the next updates! Thank you once again! Obrigado.
NemoPS
What if you take lang.php from the en folder again, drop it in the pt one, then manually translate from there?
