Percentage discount with max amount

Hello,

 

I am searching for a module that adds an extra option that puts a max on a cartrule with a percentage discount.

 

For example:

- I have a discount of 10% with a max of 10 euro, with a cart total of 200 euro. So the total discount is 10 euro.

- With a carttotal of 80, my total discount would be 8, since it is below 10. 

 

It would be even more perfect if I would be able to enter a max discount per week per customer. So I can add a 10% discount for specific users with a max of 10 euro per week.

 

Does anybody know of such a module or have one?
