Prestashop cloud online store

Hi,I am new to Prestashop.In the docs I read about cloud hosting by Prestashop but when I click on Sell Online option on Prestashop homepage only Prestashop download and Partner agencies appear.Can anyone help me with creating an online store with Prestashop cloud?

May be who knows what is happening with it? Because I can't create my store on Prestashop Cloud too

I think now for people only from France and USA it is available to create store in cloud, better way is have store not in cloud, especially when you need some custom change or module not from addons market.
