flo62134
Hello everyone, I am currently configuring my server from scratch. This server hosts a PS 1.5.2.0 et runs with Apache2/PHP5/MySQL/Ubuntu 14.04 and I would like to make him faster. I did a lot on research on the internet and I found Varnish. I found on this link some configurations for Varnish that are compatible with PS 1.4 but I have some doubts about its compatibility with the next version. Varnish Cache and Prestashop - Configuring and using PrestaShop - PrestaShop I wonder if it would be risky to install and configure Varnish on my server. Indeed, wouldn't it be safer (and more efficiant in terms of cost and time) to configure the cache system thanks to the .htaccess file ? Varnish seems to be responsible for a lot of bugs and failures on Prestashop websites. Is anyone experienced with the combination Prestashop/Varnish cache ? Thank you very much for your answers
