DNI / VAT NUMBER / IDENTIFICATION NUMBER problem

Hello everyone.

 

I have a little problem regarding mostly DNI number in address form, to be precise, its just greyed out without input field (greyed 'PESEL' word below identification number in attachment) and this is only visible if i turn vat number required in localisation - > country - > edit (without it it doesn't even show up).

 

Another thing, when i turn mentioned above vat number required then vat number work the same way as before turning this option(its visible when one input company name but is not required - as without this option)

 

last thing is identification number, when i turn vat number needed option then this appear in address form and is required(imho shouldn't be) what can i do about this one?

 

And yes, fields in localisation->country->edit are in order
