Recently, I want to get back my money on prestastore account, I upload the invoice, and get a single message only:Your request has been registered.To my surprise, I did not receive any email that told me how long can i receive my money. So I decided to see the FAQ on Prestastore, but I can't find any information about seller. I wrote many email to prestastore, but no any response. tomerg3 Posted May 12, 2010 Share Posted May 12, 2010 I personally do not use it (I prefer to offer live support for my modules, and update them whenever I want), but the presta team are pretty good with regards to responses on the presta store (sometimes with a bit of delay).I would try to email them again and ask, they are certainly not trying to scam / cheat anybody of anything. First, I had to wait a week before invoice was considered and money were written of my prestashop balance. And now more than week i'm waiting for the money to be transfered to my bank account.
