prestashop multistore

I have set up multistore feature for my 2 stores on following url structure:-

 

store 1 - www.xyz.com

store2 - www.xyz.com/store2 

 

There are 2 issues i am facing. 

 

1. Stock levels - Often it shows the product is out of stock, but there are 6 in stock at warehouse or the other way. It shows in stock, but it is out of stock.

 

 

2. Order Splits -  often get orders split, so someone makes an order, but they get 2 invoices. The system thinks some products come from a different warehouse, so puts some on one invoice and the others on another.

 

 

Need Help please. what can be the reason?

Please be more specific:

 - how many warehouses do you have?

 - did you specify product-specific carriers?

 - do the shops have shared stock?

 - how many warehouses do you have?  There is only 1 warehouse I manage.

 - did you specify product-specific carriers?  No

 - do the shops have shared stock?  - yes the stock is common for my both stores with different pricing.
