?link_rewrite= make duplicate content, can it be removed?

Hi all,

 

i've noticed that in some <form>, like productsSortForm, prestashop append a query to the url in the action="", the ?link_rewrite= parameter.

This parameter make many pages duplicated in the google serp and is not Disallowed by default in the robots.txt.

I'm asking if this parameter is necessary, removed from the url the page results do not change, and how i can do it.
