how can i change the default order status ?

hi all

i've searched alot in this case but all topics was in the 1.5 version and i'm using the last version

of prestashop {PrestaShop version 1.6.1.6}

this is how i made the status

and i'm now usnig cash on delivery method

the problem is in every order the first status is shipped !!

how can i make the default for every payment method is number one making your product:D

i've try to edit it in

defines.inc.php

and in line 149 Order statuses have been moved into config.inc.php file for backward compatibility reasons */

try to find it in config.inc.php

but i don't understand any thing too
