Shopping cart free shipping voucher displayed as -0

Hello all,

I have an important problem that i can't seem to find a solution for i. Can somebody assist me ?

I have created a free shipping voucher for specific customers that mathematically works fine, but when added, the shopping cart displays its code with a 0 value and 0 shipping. It should display the actual shipping value as shipping and the negative value of shipping as the free shipping voucher value:

1x Epson aculaser.... 99,00
123:Free shipping........ -€0
Shipping:................... €0
Total: .................. 99,00

Instead of

1x Epson aculaser.... 99,00
123:Free shipping........ -€20
Shipping:................... €20
Total: .................. 99,00

All other vouchers work correctly in the above way ! Can somebody assist me in fixing it ! My shop is currently live !

It is very dissapointing not to get a simple help from prestashop team ! please help us !

I'm having the same issue. For me it doesn't even say Free shipping, it just removes the shipping fee from the total amount. I guess the only solution is to make a voucher with a static amount corresponding to the shipping cost.
