How to restrict shipping ?

Hello,

I have two categories of products in my shop :

1) category A, to be shipped to my customers.
2) category B, only available for pickup in store.

I don't know how to restrict my "category B" products to "pick-up" only. Is that possible to do with Prestashop ? Any hint would be great.

Hi.

You have to determine the weight of your products in your catalog.
Set up a carrier and the weight range up till limit of how much product weight you'll ship.

For items above that weight range, use another carrier as 'pick up in store'
and set higher weight range for this "carrier" (Example, only 20kg onwards)

That's my idea of how it could work. I haven't really tested it, perhaps you could.
