kateclouds
Hi everyone, I have a question regarding Paypal Europe official module. I can't go at the end of the purchasing procedure, because on cart page I get an Internal server error 500. I've red this post, (https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/200381-risolto-paypal-error-500-internal-server-error/ ) regarding some changings to be applied to the paypal.tpl file (modules/paypal/views/templates/front/express_checkout/paypal.tpl ), but the post is old, and now I can't find the folder named express_checkout, neither the paypal.tpl file... the folders structure is different. have you any suggestion? bellini13
start by locating the php error log in your hosting control panel and see what errors might exist. contact your hosting provider for support in doing that
kateclouds
Hi, thank you for your support, I've looked at the console, during paypal checkout process...this is the result, please have a look at the screenshots... http://prnt.sc/c03y9x http://prnt.sc/c03yii http://prnt.sc/c03ynb Caterina p.s..are you Italian? we can continue the discussion in this language if you prefer...if not, (for other users) we will continue in english! bellini13
Lets stay in English. Those are the browsers console, which do indicate a server error has occurred. You will need to locate your servers php error log now, and confirm if there are error messages being recorded there.
kateclouds
Hi, I've looked into the log error on the server (Aruba), and this is the report. http://prntscr.com/c0jq1o I assume that some wrong url remained after the migration of the site from mamp to Aruba, I was sure I have changed all the urls (I manually changed the table shop_url in the database, the .htaccess (domain name: www.cartemurali.it) and the settings.inc.php... isn't is sufficient? I also received a wrong Ajax call at the moment I click on Paypal button.. Error in Ajax postinternal Server Error.. Thank you for your help Caterina

harpelite
Grazie K
kateclouds
SOLVED! Important, it's necessary to take extremely care to the API keys of Paypal: the cutting and pasting of these keys in Prestashop module DELETE some characters, like scores! So, if you don't check accurately letter by letter, it doesn't work! Moreover, check there are not empty spaces at the end of each string! regarding PHP version: I confirm that it is necessary also to set the 5.5.38 NOT the 5.6, as Harpelite correctly suggested...
