Prestashop 1.6.1.6: BlockLayered Navigation block to show Horizontally

Hi

 

1) currently the layered navigation block is shown vertically in the left column be default. Instead of this, is there a way to show the block horizontally

 

(I wan to move it to the top of my products in the category page). I have searched alot but i cannot find an answer. If anyone could really help me with this. If someone is willing to do this for money (as i dont have much coding experence) then I am willing to pay also.

 

 

2) 

Also another question regarding layer navigation block: is it possible to use predefined price range for price range sort option. For example i want to use predefined price range like $1 to $35, $36 to $38, $39 to $50 etc
