paulinewong Posted July 28, 2016 Share Posted July 28, 2016 Hello, I have been having problems with trying to set up the PayPal US & Canada Module for the past two weeks and can't figure it out. I have created an API Signature in my PayPal Business Account and entered in the information as provided to the PayPal module settings but the payment portal just won't work. I keep getting this error message: We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com. Your purchase couldn't be completed There's a problem with the merchant's PayPal account. Please try again later. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Any pointers and help would be much appreciated! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bellini13 Posted July 28, 2016 Share Posted July 28, 2016 In the module configuration page, there is a field called something like "Business Account". You are supposed to enter the email address associated with your (seller) paypal account. I suspect you did not enter a valid email address in this field.
