dominiquenur
Hello! I contacted my server provider Crazy Domains to increase the below to be able to access module translations. Dear Sir or Madam, this error has come up for www.oncelovedaus.com. Is it possible for you to increase suhosin.post.max_vars=suhosin.request.max_vars=max_input_vars= to 8.000? However - linked to this issue or not - I cannot access my back office anymore as a "404 error" page comes up. Crazy Domains sent through: "The changes we made should not affect accessing your admin page. However, as I have double checked on my end, it appears that I could no longer find the admin file on your hosting." But could have the changes affected my admin file? And if so, is there a way to restore it? Looking forward to your feedback and thank you very much in advance!
endriu107
If you didn't have admin folder on your ftp you can copy it from install pack. Install pack you can download by clicking Download in top on this forum.

endriu107
At first check maybe you already have admin folder but its name was changed, and that's why you see 404. If not, you supposed to put it in the same directory like other folders and change its name, it cannot be admin.
Knowband Plugins
You can copy the admin directory from your install directory to root directory of your PrestaShop store and then rename it to anything other than 'admin'. In case you don't have a backup of your original 'install' directory then you can try the same from a fresh installation directory of the same version. dominiquenur
Thank you very much for your support, highly appreciated! Also appreciate every possible thought on still occurring below topic: I found the renamed admin folder under /public_html/RENAMEDADMINFOLDER but when I access www.oncelovedaus.com/RENAMEDADMINFOLDER the 404 error comes up. Also when I click on the ftp link this error comes up: 404 Not FoundThe server can not find the requested page: ftp.oncelovedaus.com/public_html/RENAMEDADMINFOLDER (port 80) You can copy the admin directory from your install directory to root directory of your PrestaShop store and then rename it to anything other than 'admin'. In case you don't have a backup of your original 'install' directory then you can try the same from a fresh installation directory of the same version.
