Link in Top Banner, link to own Shop

Hi! I have a problem, with Link function in the Top Banner Block.

If I insert a Link, who should send the user to a new Site, it just redirect to own Site of the Shop (just as if the Link function in Top Banner Block was empty).

But when I insert a Link in the Top Banner Block, and click on the Top Banner, it shows the address of the Shop, + the new link address! And it is fully wrong.

But I can't see a way to fix it. I tried to change settings in the "Topbanner.tpl" file, without result.

 

Have anyone else, had the same problem, and maybe found a solution.

#2  -  You mean, leave a Link to the actual Site?

 

Well if by example Site is "www.test.com" the when I click on the banner, the Link will look "www.test.com/www.newlink.com"
