Loyalty rewards to vouchers date issue

When a customer converts their reward points to a voucher for some reason the voucher date available for use is  3 months after the conversion date  the duration or lifespan of the voucher is 1 year,

 

How can I edit this to be made available to use with immediate effect, I aprechiate I can go and manually edit the voucher to todays date  but thats time consuming when you have 20k plus customers a year, is there a line of code I can manipulate to make the voucher active immediatly.
