help required to re-diesign font, themes and colur

I'm new to this programme, I have managed to get it running and all working fine. I need to tune my website so that I could use any free themes, change font, back ground colur.

Looking for someone who could help me to do this at nominal cost and write a short document on this. I will pay by PayPal and requirement is very immediate.
