I cannot make a purchase from my website.

Hi!

I have a big problem: it cannot make a purchase from my website.

 

1) After I have selected a product, I try to purchase with credit card so click on image Paypal express for pay and I get this error (attachment 1).

2) After I have selected a product, click on the "Proceed to checkout" and rightly so the system asks me or to register or authenticate me. I type my email and password (user test that are sure to be right) but does not recognize me. Then I click on "Forgot your password" but then I write my email (which esite in the customer list) and clicking "send" but i get this error "An error occurred while sending the email" (attachment 2).

In practice it cannot make a purchase.
You have any suggestions for me?

1) This error indicates your API keys are wrong. 

 

2) Apparently the email settings you are using are not working properly.  I don't know if you are using an SMTP server, or if you have defined simple php sendmail.  You need to dig deeper.  Do any other emails work?  Did you do a test email in the back office email setup page to confirm they are working properly?
