how to access back office?

Hello, 

i installed prestashop successfully. and i know my shop web address but i don't know how to access back offcie that make me upload stuff into my shop.

 

I remembered there was a link to back office right after intallation was done. but now i have no idea where i can find that link.

you have to log in to your FTP service and browse main directory of the shop

there you should see directory named adminXXXXXXX, where the XXXXXXXX is a random string - this is the admin directory,

 

if you will access http://domain.com/adminXXXXXXX you will open back office of the shop

Hello, 

I found admin folder under my shop. but there is no random string next to admin. it is just name as admin. 

Any idea how to fix this?

HI neverism,

 

In most of case installation process change admin directory name to adminxxxxxxx (xxxxxxx = random number). But in some case it may not happen.

 

It will not affect to your admin access. You can rename your admin directory also and access it by (your store url)/(admin directory name).
